The Marketing and Communications Coordinator is a full-time professional staff member responsible for directing and implementing marketing, branding, and communication strategies for the department. This position is also the liaison to the Division of Student Affairs Marketing Office. Specific responsibilities may include: website content management and design; management of department social media accounts; coordinating signature events and materials related to student and staff recruitment; managing editing, printing, and distribution of department publications.
REQUIREMENTS: This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check.
QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience related to the duties of this position; or a high school diploma/equivalency and six years of experience related to the duties of this position. (Note: or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to six years.) Experience with website content management and design, implementing branding strategies and developing mass communications and publications.
PREFERRED: Experience managing websites and social media accounts, demonstrated collaboration with diverse groups.
STARTING SALARY: Salary is commensurate with experience.
