Agency Graphic Designer/Video Editor

The primarily responsibility for the designer is to work closely with our account managers to meet client deadlines on artwork designs and video projects. The Designer will come up with new ideas for graphics and be capable of writing copy when necessary. This will include creating graphics and video for all forms of marketing. Creative ideas are always welcome!

Overview of Responsibilities and Duties:

Collaborate on multiple projects, manage multiple deadlines and maintain a high standard of work.
Consult with our marketing team to create cohesive designs that reflect the culture and goals of various brands.
Create visual aspects of marketing and corporate materials for all forms of marketing including website, social media, magazine/newspaper, billboards, brochures, product illustrations, logos and many others.
Edit video content for projects such as commercials, testimonial videos, promotional videos and more.
Implement feedback/changes when appropriate.
Qualifications and Skills ·

Highly Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) (for video After Effects, Premiere, Audition) in a PC environment.
Familiar with SEO standards for web design.
Knowledge and competence in following industry standard workflows and file structures.
A passion for design, possession of creative mindset, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality.
Confidence, to present and explain ideas to colleagues.
Ability to work independently in a deadline-sensitive and fast-paced environment.
Ability to multi-task and handle other duties as assigned.
A detailed oriented team player with a positive attitude and drive to successfully accomplish the task at hand.
A desire to grow and learn new skills is highly desired .
Required Experience and Education:

2-5 years graphic design experience (required)
2+ years video editing (preferred)
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Communications, Marketing or related field of study, or equivalent technical certifications and training.
